But in fact the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, since the new covenant is established on better promises.

Hebrews 8:6 New International Version

Jesus is our Mediator of a New Covenant, which is better than the old covenant because it was made on better promises. You will experience an incredible transformation through faith as you grow in your understanding of the New Covenant.

God is so great that He took it upon himself to promise to be faithful to us, even though we were unfaithful to Him. God, through Christ's death on the Cross, defeated the power and the punishment of sin. We can be confident that since salvation is God's work, nothing has been left undone, and we are saved forever because of our position in Christ.

All of your sins are forgiven because Jesus’ perfect sacrifice not only justifies you but sanctifies you and glorifies you (1 Corinthians 6:11). Through grace through Christ the Holy Spirit works within us to show the incredible reality of the truth that we have in Christ (Romans 13:1). The more we walk with the Spirit the more we will experience the freedom and the amazing blessings and benefits that are ours in Christ. (2 Corinthians 3:17)

The Old Covenant was for a particular people in a particular time and place. The New Covenant is for every person in every place and time forever. The nature and texture of the New Covenant are very different from that of the Old Covenant.

In the Old Covenant, believers were told to seek God's righteousness but in the New Covenant, every believer is the righteousness of God in Christ. In the Old Covenant, only the high priest was allowed to enter the holy of holies once a year but in the New Covenant, every believer has direct and full access to God daily. In the Old Covenant, there was only one temple of God, but in the New Covenant, every believer is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

What Christ has won for us cannot be lost. What Christ has given to us cannot be taken away.  What Christ has begun in us He faithfully continues to finish it.
