1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
Psalm 34:1

Regardless of how you feel, choose to bless the Lord at all times.

David was facing one of his darkest moments when he sang this Psalm. Instead of wallowing over how much he is going through, David rested himself by worshipping and praising God for who He is.

The battle is not yours, it is the Lord’s.

It is always tempting to think God isn’t hearing your prayers or answering them. Whatever you are facing today, remember God is with you and for you. Learn to fully trust Him who has the power to make all things new and beautiful in your life.

If you are feeling discouraged or just need a reminder that our Father is always with you, ask Him to show you some scripture verses to pray over your situation. The promise of God’s Word, not your feelings, is the truth you must stand on and believe in. By choosing to lift up His Name, you are releasing what God has already provided for you through Christ.

To bless the Lord at all times is a testimony that God will stay true to His promises.

Take courage and do not be afraid — even when all you hear is bad news. Just get back up and keep pursuing God. In doing so, your worship will eclipse everything else that is happening to you. When your breakthrough comes, it is not just you who is enjoying your victory but others around you get to reap the benefits of your intimacy with God.

Look to God and bless His Name and you will see His goodness in the land of the living.
